VIA3® lets you set up and manage ongoing project and client-specific online workspaces with pertinent files ready for use and sharing at any time, with no restrictions on the types or size of files stored. These workspaces are access-controlled, so you decide which files to share and who has access to them. When you need to collaborate with others, you can confidently access stored files and share them with others in complete privacy. Customizable alerts notify you of any additions and versioning helps you keep track of edits or comments. Discussion forums let you create topics and post messages and responses relating to each workspace.
You can easily pick up where you left off on previous meetings with meeting history which automatically includes start and end time, meeting participants, an archive of chat sessions and the names of files brought into the meeting.
