Whether it's a document, icon, graphic, map, spreadsheet, or Web page, if it's visible on your PC, you can screen capture it and bring it into a VIA3® meeting for discussion, or to help make your point. Visually express ideas and brainstorm in an online session using whiteboard features such as the laser pointer, drawing and text tools. Unlike other collaboration tools, VIA3 Whiteboard files can be created before, during, or after a VIA3 session and saved in a workspace for later reference.
