Contact Management

With VIA3® global presence detection, you will be able to see whether your clients or colleagues are present and available, which will enable you to communicate or start a meeting with them instantly. Availability status indicators include "Available", "Away", "Appear Offline", "In Meeting", and "Do Not Disturb".

When you join a VIA3 meeting, your status automatically changes to "In Meeting" and resets to "Available" when you exit the meeting. At any time, you can manually set your status or display a custom status message. Additionally, when you are in a VIA3 meeting, you can see a list of meeting participants as well as those who are invited but not yet in attendance, so you will know when someone is available without having to check the main VIA3 contact list. Using customizable notifications, you can choose to receive a notice when a new meeting starts or when someone joins or leaves your meeting.

To add a new contact simply type in the e-mail address of the person you wish to add to your contact list or select from the automatically generated list of users associated with your account. Organize your list into groups for faster access and a streamlined view.
