You can quickly arrange your VIA3 meetings directly from Outlook to check each participant's availability and invite temporary users to a VIA3 online meeting.
You can specify whether participants can use all the VIA3 features for a truly collaborative session or limit their access when presenting to a large audience or when bandwidth may be limited. Links to VIA3 workspaces needed for the meeting can also be included with the meeting request. VIA3 generated Meeting ID's and passwords help to ensure your information remains secure.
